This is a very old and rare piece. Gold overlay on base metal. Garnet Stones are in very good condition. Some gold overlay wear to the nose (see photos).
This needs a new pin as it no longer has one (C clasp is still usable) or could be turned into a beautiful pendant. Any good jeweller could enable this.
Sizing and condition is all visible in the photos so do look carefully.
