It features three wheels and was typically pushed by an attendant, with the occupant steering via a tiller.
The frame is constructed from iron, and the seat originally featured upholstery with materials like wool or horsehair

The frame is in remarkably good condition for age, the woodwork has some signs of ancient woodworm which we have had treated, the seat will need re upholstering, a good project and a great conversation pieces. See pics
