This is not signed but other examples of identical brooch can be found. This may have been converted from a clip to a brooch hence the signature would have been on the clip.
Alfred Philippe was renowned for his flowers en tremblant set on rhodium metal.
The middle flower is on a small spring so flower moves gently with the wearer creating a beautiful sparkle effect.
Some stones are a little yellow with age but still sparkle beautifully. This is vintage and therefore any wear is all part of the character. See photos.
